Insurance and Billing  

Our experienced front desk staff will assist in submitting all dental insurance claims on a patient’s behalf. In order to do so, all patients are asked to provide the office with current and up-to-date dental insurance information. This includes any potential secondary plans.

Our practice accepts most PPO plans, whether as an in-network or out-of-network provider. It is solely the patient’s responsibility, to verify with their insurance company, whether or not our doctors are participating providers with their plan. Information received from the insurance is not a guarantee of benefits.

We do not accept HMO/DMO plans. Our doctors are not part of or associated with Medicaid or any state medical assistance programs. Patients that present this type of policy will be responsible for full payment at time of visit. All locations accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit and personal checks.
